Practice Manager - Full Time, Day Shift

Role Overview: This position manages the daily operations of a medical practice, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinic operations, enforce policies, and implement best practices.Coordinate revenue management, billing, and collections systems.Utilize performance metrics and reporting tools to monitor clinic performance.Define job roles, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and set performance expectations.Perform additional duties related to personnel, financial, and administrative functions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent; Master’s preferred.Three years of technical experience and one year of leadership experience preferred.CPR/BLS certification is a plus.
