The Role As a dual Practice Manager at both our Nashua & Merrimack, New Hampshire urgent care clinics, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinics while contributing to their long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
  • Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Provide oversight of staffing, scheduling, inventory, and day-to-day operational workflows across two clinic locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics at each site, proactively identifying gaps, trends, or inefficiencies and implementing actionable solutions to optimize operations.
  • Maintain a consistent on-site presence at both locations to support, mentor, and develop team members while reinforcing operational standards and a cohesive culture across clinics.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
  • Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the clinic's market presence and community engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation criteria.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Partner with your District Director along with corporate resources to ensure effective communication and goal alignment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional people manager and team leader: 1-3 years of demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing teams.
  • Experience in similar roles: Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.
  • Dual-site management experience: Proven ability to successfully oversee operations across multiple clinic locations, balancing priorities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistent team performance and patient experience at each site.
  • Driven and self-motivated: Ability to work independently, possess a level of initiative and enthusiasm to help drive results.
  • Effective communicator (written and verbal) and cross collaborator: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or adjacent industry: Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
  • Technically savvy: Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Availability: Work in clinic Monday through Friday with a rotating on-call for weekends and flexibility to support the opening and closing of clinic regularly.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Degree in health management, health administration, nursing, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience with When to Work, Clockwise, ADP, and Envi.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with a rotating on-call schedule for weekends.
