Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Practice Leader to expand their Land Development practice in Everett, WA!
Responsibilities
- Leading a Land Development team
- Building and managing relationships with key clients
- Operating with integrity and sound business principles
- Providing vision, business planning, and strategy
- Establishing goals
- Building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Having open communication with your partners and team
- Growing and leading a land development practice
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners, and/or land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Able to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Able to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
Pay
Salary Range: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus a lucrative bonus program rewarding performance and business growth. Salary Range: $150,000- $200,000
