Practice Lead-Oil and Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with independent producers and independent-friendly energy services companies
• Open doors for Harbor through existing trust-based relationships in the energy community
• Identify opportunities where Harbor can help with managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and strategy
• Help shape Harbor's go-to-market approach for the energy vertical
• Act as a trusted connector between Harbor and the broader independent energy ecosystem
• Carry and perform against a quota for net new ARR in the energy vertical

Requirements and What You Bring

• Typically 7+ years in the energy ecosystem, with a network quality, credibility, and recent activity focused on independents and the firms that serve them
• Location: Open, but strong preference for Oklahoma City, Houston, or Denver with proximity to a major airport hub
