About the role

The Midlife Health Center (MLHC) physician will be integrally involved in the Midlife Health Center at UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. The position offers a leadership role inclusive of Division Director, with potential for a clinical academic appointment, research, and teaching opportunities. The physician will practice consult-driven, team-based care and may also practice Ob/Gyn if interested.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consult-driven, team-based care within the Midlife Health Center
  • Opportunity to practice Ob/Gyn if desired
  • Leadership role including Division Director responsibilities
  • Participate in research and teaching activities

Requirements

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
  • Credentialed as a Certified Menopause Practitioner through the North American Menopause Society (NAMS)
