Practice Clinical Supv (RN), Full Time, Days - AMG Colorectal Surgery - South Plainfield / Summit
Principal Accountabilities
Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans.
Assists and guides Certified Medical Assistants.
Conducts phone triaging.
Oversees medication management.
Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's degree required.
- Valid NJ RN License preferred.
- 5+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices.
- 5+ years of experience in direct Rheumatology or related experience.
- Able to multi-task and handle a lot at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
