Practice Assistant – Business Division - Minneapolis, MN

Responsibilities
- Manage electronic billing activities, including invoice submission, troubleshooting rejections, and compliance with client billing guidelines.
- Submit invoices through eBillingHub and client e-billing platforms and coordinate resolution of billing issues.
- Partner with attorneys, legal support staff, and clients to support e-billing onboarding, appeals, and billing compliance.
- Serve as the e-billing team's primary resource for client rate management, including rate maintenance and coordination of approved rate changes.
- Provide backup support for client-required accrual submissions and related reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance billing efficiency and client service.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Post high school training in accounting or general finance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with eBillingHub and other e-billing vendor sites, knowledge of Elite 3E, and prior work within a law firm finance department setting are a plus.
Qualifications
- Advanced technical skills in Microsoft 2010 Suite and the willingness to learn new systems and applications.

Pay
The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $75,000. Compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
Schedule
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and is based out of our Minneapolis location.
