Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Wealth Management legal workflows, including estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, tax preparation, and fiduciary services.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for technology solutions supporting the Wealth Management practice, including document management, client data management, AI adoption and workflow tools.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Wealth Management Technology team and the Firm's Information Technology department, coordinating technology initiatives, communicating business requirements, escalating issues, and helping ensure alignment of practice-specific and firmwide technology strategies.
- Act as an expert on the end-user experience for firmwide and Wealth Management-specific applications.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, identify technology requirements and enhance client service.
- Champion user adoption, engagement, and best practices across iManage and other key Wealth Management and Firmwide technology applications, including AI, workflow, and productivity tools.
- Champion user adoption, engagement and best practices related to the document management system.
- Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, support of and training on the document management system.
- Support CoPilot, DeepJudge and Claude use cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technology role within a financial services firm, with a focus on wealth management or legal technology.
- Experience with document management systems, workflow tools, and AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, probate administration, tax compliance, and high-net-worth client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, fiduciary professionals, tax specialists, business support teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
