We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: Who We Are & What We Do (company description) – not a required heading but could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is for role description. The posting includes "How You'll Make An Impact" (Job Summary) – that could be Responsibilities? It includes responsibilities. Also "What You’ll Need To Apply" includes Required Education, Preferred Education, Required Experience, Preferred Experience, Required Certification/License/Registry. That maps to Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, drug-free workplace, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the role" (Job Summary/How You'll Make An Impact). "Responsibilities" could be derived from that. But we must not create sections with filler. The posting includes "Job Summary: Responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, and human resource management..." That's responsibilities. Could put under

    Responsibilities

    with a

describing. Also maybe "Requirements" for education and experience. "Qualifications" for preferred education/experience. "Skills" for skills listed. Could combine. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We need to include metadata like Reports To: Dir/Academic Clinical Ops. That could be placed in a short

maybe under About the role? Or we could include as a

after heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers (none present). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove the equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: Who We Are & What We Do description, Job Summary, Reports To, Required Education (two alternatives), Preferred Education, Required Experience (list), Preferred Experience, Required Certification/License/Registry (None). Also maybe mention "Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management" appears both required and preferred; we should keep both but not duplicate? It appears in Required Experience and Preferred Experience. We should keep as is. We need to format lists with

    • . For prose use

      . Let's structure:

      About the Role

Who We Are & What We Do: Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is a private, nonprofit community-based healthcare system that provides care to a 22-county region in North Florida and South Georgia. We are a career destination with over 6,000 colleagues who reflect the diversity of our community. TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only: Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, the most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices.

Job Summary: Responsible for the administrative, operational, financial, and human resource management of one or more physician medical practices associated with the Family Medicine Residency. Ensures effective delivery of ambulatory services, achievement of financial and operational goals, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional patient experience. Partners closely with physicians and clinical leaders interfacing with centralized corporate departments to support organizational objectives. Reports To: Dir/Academic Clinical Ops

Then Responsibilities? Actually the Job Summary already covers responsibilities. Could make a separate Responsibilities section with bullet list? But the posting does not have bullet list of duties; it's prose. We could keep as is under About the Role. But we need to follow instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. We have substantive content for: - About the role: company description and job summary (maybe). - Responsibilities: could be the same as job summary but we could split: responsibilities bullet list? Not present. Might be okay to put responsibilities under About the role and not create separate Responsibilities heading to avoid filler. Instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So if we don't have distinct responsibilities beyond the summary, we should not create a Responsibilities heading. So we can just have About the role. - Requirements: Required Education, Required Experience, Required Certification/License/Registry. Could be a section. - Qualifications: Preferred Education, Preferred Experience. - Skills: list of skills (Strong organizational and management skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication..., Excellent written..., Proficiency in EHR..., Ability to collaborate...). Those are skills. Thus we will have headings: About the role, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Requirements and Qualifications and Skills we have lists. We must preserve all substantive information: include both alternatives for Required Education (Bachelor's degree + 3 years supervisory experience OR HS diploma + 5 years supervisory experience). Should we present as two bullet points? Yes. Required Experience list: Knowledge of healthcare operations, physician practice management, and ambulatory care workflows. Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management. Strong organizational and management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex matters clearly to executive, clinical, academic and community audiences. Proficiency in electronic health records, practice management systems, and business analytics tools. Ability to effectively collaborate with physicians, residents, faculty, and healthcare leaders. Preferred Experience: Experience managing primary care. Four (4) plus (+) years of work experience (in any capacity) in a medical practice setting. Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management. Preferred Education: Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Public Health (MPH), or a master’s degree in a related field. Required Certification/License/Registry: None. We should not include "None" as a list item? It's a statement; we can put

        None

under Required Certification/License/Registry maybe within Requirements section. But we have to avoid filler: "None" is substantive? It's stating none required. It's okay. Now format. We'll output:

Check duplication: Some skills appear also in Required Experience list; we have them duplicated. That's okay as we preserve all info. Might be considered duplication but instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to remove duplicates unless they are duplicated lines (like repeated identical sentences). The skills list is essentially same as some items in Required Experience; but they are not identical lines; they are similar but we can keep both. However to avoid unnecessary duplication we could keep only one place. But we need to decide: The Required Experience includes those skill items; the Skills section could be redundant. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Duplicated lines means identical lines repeated. Here the content is similar but not identical; still we could keep both but might be considered duplicated meaning same meaning. Safer to keep only one place: maybe put skills under Skills and not repeat them under Required Experience. But Required Experience also includes knowledge items etc. We could keep Required Experience as knowledge and experience items, and Skills as separate list of skills. However the Required Experience list includes many skill-like items; we could keep them there and not repeat in Skills. But the instruction says use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need
