About the Opportunity

As a Practice Administrator, you will be a trusted leader in our growing practice, ensuring the delivery of a quality patient experience while driving operational excellence. You will oversee all aspects of the practice, including patient and referral experience, team member engagement, doctor satisfaction, and opportunities for growth. Your leadership will foster a positive workplace culture, ensuring both team and patient satisfaction while optimizing practice performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and collaboration while helping shape the culture and success of a growing practice.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted leader in the practice, ensuring delivery of a quality patient experience and the achievement of productivity goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the practice including patient and referral experience, team member satisfaction, doctor satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure a positive customer service experience for all patients.
  • Maintain a safe and enjoyable workplace for team members.
  • Hire and train team members.
  • Set goals and objectives for the practice.
  • Monitor practice performance through tracking mechanisms, adjusting as needed.
  • Monitor the environment and facilities, making improvements when needed.
  • Ensure policies, protocols, and procedures are being followed.
  • Lead HR management to include scheduling, onboarding, terminations, and performance management.
  • Engage in regular communication with team members and doctors.
  • Lead change implementation.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they occur and proactively work to avoid issues.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Five years of related experience required.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of medical and dental terminology.
  • Ability to work well with other team members of all levels across the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
