Pay
Please note that this role is per diem with a rate of $50 - $60 per visit.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act
- Implement and follow individualized care plans established by the RN
- Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and diagnosis-related information
- Document care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the care team — including OT, PT, HHA, and other disciplines — and communicate patient needs to the RN or Clinical Supervisor
- Use supplies and equipment safely, adhering to aseptic technique
- Perform other duties as required for patient services
