About the role
Responsible for assisting Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Nurse Practice Act, in respective working state.
Responsibilities
- Aid Physicians in patient care and assessments
- Assist with patient care and follow the Nurse Practice Act guidelines
- Work independently and establish priorities
- Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally
- Lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with lifting up to 100 lbs.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of nursing
- Current state Licensed Practice Nurse license
- CPR certification
- Additional certifications may be required for specific areas
- Sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
