We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires expertise in data modeling, reporting, analytics, and data visualization best practices. Experience with the broader Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.Develop and optimize data models to improve reporting performance, usability, and scalability.Utilize DAX and Power Query to create efficient calculations and data transformations.Ensure data accuracy, quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements.Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, SharePoint, and cloud platforms.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reporting and analytics solutions.Document technical designs, reporting processes, and data sources.Assist with the development and support of Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows when needed. Required Qualifications Proven experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models using Microsoft Power BI.DAXPower Query SQL and relational databasesExperience with data modeling and ETL processesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Power AppsPower AutomateAzure Knowledge of enterprise reporting, governance, and security best practices.Experience supporting utility, energy, or large-scale enterprise environments.
