Power Washing & Maintenance Tech Responsibilities Become a power washing and window cleaning expert while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction on every jobMaintain warehouse orderliness and cleanlinessMaintain equipment, motors, pumps and trucksLearn estimating and engage with customers about upsell opportunitiesArrive before and leave after rest of team. Responsible for preparing the equipment, warehouse & trucks before and after each day's jobs. Responsible for preventative & emergency maintenance on a fleet of 5 power washing machines, pumps, boiler machine, diesel trucks, and gasoline trucks. Including oil changes, pump rebuilds, compression troubleshooting, water pressure troubleshooting, filter changes, tune-ups, etc. MUST be available weekdays, weekends, and nights. Expect work 3-4 days a week, 1-3 weekend jobs per month, 1-3 night jobs per month. Fluctuates seasonally.
