Responsibilities

As a "player-coach", you will lead the power washing team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
Interact with the customer(s)
Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of proven leadership experience as a team lead at a minimum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Valid driver's license

This position requires the successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Schedule flexibility preferred.
