Power Systems Assessor

About the role
This role involves managing various projects, including scheduling and budgeting. You will be responsible for work on substantial, continuing service accounts and will assist or lead in the verification and documentation of low voltage electrical systems. You will also be involved in cost estimating and deliverable creation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain secure business partnerships with key clients and consultants.
- Represent K2M Design positively in client facilities and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader, K2M Project Manager, and Director for project-related tasks.
- Review and understand condition assessment practices and procedures.
- Attend department meetings and follow up on decisions affecting work practices.
- Provide technical advice and resolve problems with the Team Leader.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously, including minimal drafting work as required.
Requirements
- Experience in electrical construction or project management.
- An electrical license or equivalent experience.
- Ability to identify commercial electrical system components and NEC code violations.
- Proficiency in computer programs like MS Office.
- Comfortable working in challenging environments.
- Clean driver's license, no DUI or serious infractions.
- Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available for travel for site surveys, construction administration, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining, storing, and transporting K2M provided tools/ PPE to the jobsite.
