Power Rental Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Helping develop and execute Yancey Power Systems rental sales growth targets and orders operating plan, via penetration of existing key accounts and new project key opportunities.
- Developing growth strategies, including sales initiatives, and customer mapping/penetration.
- Driving aggressive growth targets: volume, mix, penetration, and timing.
- Participating in cross-functional business activities.
- Calling on consultant engineer community to drive job specifications towards the Cat Electric Power product offerings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales with strong leadership skills, a competitive nature and initiative.
- Enjoy talking to people, developing relationships with customers and working in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent preferred.
- Industry experience of 3 – 5 years.
