About the role

We're looking for a Power Project Manager who can lead and manage small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects. You'll work closely with professional staff, coordinate with various governing agencies, and participate in design development and contract document reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all aspects of projects
  • Independently coordinate work of professional staff
  • Establish client relations and be involved in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
  • Conduct reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
  • Coordinate workload through entire project development and ensure completion of documents on schedule
  • Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate with team to ensure work is completed within agreed-upon schedule
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Two years of project management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams including engineering and one or more of the following: real estate, permitting, natural resources, or construction
  • Experience in the power utility industry and basic understanding of the major components of a power delivery system
  • PMP certification
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Seven years related experience
  • A minimum of two years project management experience
  • The ability to interact with various design teams, excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
