About the role

This role combines deep, hands‑on deal negotiations and ownership with mentorship for a growing team of deal leads who negotiate energy service agreements, custom tariffs, infrastructure arrangements with utilities, and power purchase agreements across multiple ISOs. The Principal will set deal standards, architect first‑of‑kind commercial structures, and serve as a trusted escalation point for resolving negotiations aligned with business objectives.

Project Developer, US Industrials – Central hub in Antora’s commercial project development function, organizing cross‑functional teams to advance energy storage projects from ideation to the execution of commercial contracts.

The Project Developer will organize a cross‑functional team of subject‑matter experts to advance Antora’s energy storage projects from ideation to the execution of commercial contracts. This requires establishing project plans, coordinating efforts across engineering, business development, power supply, and project finance teams, and driving community‑engagement efforts by representing Antora to landowners and local leaders.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead cross‑functional teams of subject‑matter experts to advance energy storage projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans from ideation through execution of commercial contracts.
• Coordinate efforts across engineering, business development, power supply, and project finance teams.
• Drive community engagement by representing Antora to landowners and local leaders.

Staff Applications Engineer – Establish Antora’s applications engineering function, the technical bridge between the product platform and commercial projects.

About the role

Working alongside business development, project development, product management, and analytics teams, you will configure Antora’s thermal batteries for specific customer sites and applications—industrial process heat, combined heat & power, and utility‑scale power for data centers and the grid—in the U.S. and internationally. You will own the technical solution for every opportunity from the first conversation through the term sheet: conducting technical discovery with customer engineering/operations teams, sizing and configuring systems, producing conceptual site layouts and heat‑and‑power integration designs, setting the technical basis for performance guarantees, building cost estimates for LOIs, term sheets, and investment decisions, and then handing projects to the project engineering team for detailed design and execution. This is a founding role: you’ll define playbooks, build tools, and help grow the team as the pipeline scales.

• Configure Antora’s thermal batteries for customer sites and applications such as industrial process heat, combined heat & power, and utility‑scale power.
• Run technical discovery with customer engineering/operations teams and size/configure systems for each site.
• Produce conceptual site layouts and heat‑and‑power integration designs.
• Set the technical basis for performance guarantees and build cost estimates for LOIs, term sheets, and investment decisions.
• Hand projects to the project engineering team for detailed design and execution.
• Define playbooks, build tools, and help grow the applications engineering team as the pipeline scales.
