About the role

This position will define and lead Antora’s global go-to-market strategy for energy products, identifying high-value opportunities to deploy long duration energy storage (LDES) into energy markets worldwide. The role drives business development with utilities, hyperscalers, large industrial loads, and government entities, while coordinating with policy teams to shape regulatory environments that create new market opportunities. The Senior Director serves as the commercial architect for Antora’s energy products—setting the strategic direction, establishing deal frameworks, and building the partnerships required to scale deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategy for energy products

About the role

The Principal, Power Procurement will lead complex utility tariff negotiations, originate off-take agreements with utilities, and set consistently high standards for deal execution across the Energy team. This role combines deep, hands-on deal negotiations and ownership with mentorship for a growing team of deal leads.

About the role

The Project Development Manager – International will be a central hub in Antora’s commercial project development function, specifically part of the international team focused on Spain and Australia projects. They will organize a cross-functional team of subject matter experts to advance Antora’s energy storage and power generation projects from ideation to commercial contract execution.

  • Organize cross-functional teams to advance energy storage and power generation projects
  • Establish project plans and coordinate efforts across engineering, business development, power supply, and project finance teams
  • Drive community engagement by representing Antora to landowners and local leaders

Location

Strongly preferred location is Antora’s San Jose, California HQ and factory. Remote candidates based in Madrid, Spain, Sydney, Australia, or the U.S. will also be considered.

About the role

The Staff Applications Engineer will establish Antora’s applications engineering function, serving as the technical bridge between the product platform and commercial projects. This role configures Antora’s thermal batteries for specific customer sites and applications, including industrial process heat, combined heat & power, and utility-scale power for data centers and the grid, in the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Run technical discovery with customer engineering/operations teams
  • Size and configure thermal battery systems for specific sites and applications
  • Produce conceptual site layouts and heat/power integration designs
  • Set the technical basis for performance guarantees
  • Build cost estimates for LOIs, term sheets, and investment decisions
  • Hand off projects to the project engineering team for detailed design and execution
  • Define playbooks, build tools, and help grow the team as the pipeline scales
