Power Platform Strategist

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical strategy and project management for Power Platform initiatives
  • Engage with clients to define solution requirements and strategies
  • Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments
  • Champion and promote a citizen developer culture within the organization
  • Identify technical gaps and proactively mentor project team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in Power Platform practices across divisions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a calm and confident demeanor

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Power Platform development and consulting
  • Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate design, development, and implementation of technical solutions
  • Experience with SQL and various Azure services
  • Knowledge of Microsoft licensing for Power Platform solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders

Pay

$120,000 – $165,000 annually

Schedule

Flexible working hours in Pacific or Mountain time zones
