Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy and project management for Power Platform initiatives
- Engage with clients to define solution requirements and strategies
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and departments
- Champion and promote a citizen developer culture within the organization
- Identify technical gaps and proactively mentor project team members
- Drive continuous improvement in Power Platform practices across divisions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a calm and confident demeanor
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in Power Platform development and consulting
- Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate design, development, and implementation of technical solutions
- Experience with SQL and various Azure services
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing for Power Platform solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical aspects to non-technical stakeholders
Pay
$120,000 – $165,000 annually
Schedule
Flexible working hours in Pacific or Mountain time zones
