About the role

Seeking a Power Platform and Knowledge Management specialist to modernize document and knowledge management capabilities across the organization. This role will leverage SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform tools to consolidate documentation repositories, streamline document lifecycle processes, improve content accessibility, and enable enhanced business operational efficiencies through automation and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate multiple documentation repositories into a centralized knowledge management solution.
  • Design and implement document approval workflows utilizing Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
  • Enable and optimize Copilot search across internal content repositories.
  • Build and maintain front-end user support pages for enterprise applications.
  • Develop decision and approval log capabilities to improve governance and traceability.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Teams communication channels.
  • Analyze program control documents and design capabilities that support automated and semi-automated management processes within Power Apps.
  • Build Power BI dashboards to support program reporting, analysis, and operational metrics.
  • Support Copilot data integration proof-of-concepts focused on improving business operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and knowledge management modernization.
  • Support reporting initiatives that may leverage Jira data and Power BI visualizations.

This is a contract, hybrid position based in Dallas, TX.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $73.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
