Key Responsibilities
- Work on multiple projects that may span a broad range of applications as a project team member, sometimes as a project lead.
- Specialize in Microsoft Power Platform solutions, working on multiple projects as a team member and sometimes as a project lead.
- Require deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, combined with business knowledge that spans one or more functional areas of the organization.
- Adjust to constant business change and proactively plan for changes that are likely to occur.
- Provide client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for system development, maintenance, and support.
- Work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
- Design, code, test, implement, and support application software that is delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide input to project plans related to the Application Development initiative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer systems of other related fields.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps (canvas apps and model-driven apps) for building enterprise-grade business applications.
- A broad level of understanding surrounding information systems and application architecture standards.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes that span multiple business areas.
- Ability to identify and understand requirements and develop alternate solutions.
- Advanced experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows/RPA, and business process flows) for automation of complex organizational workflows.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dataverse: data modeling, relationships, business rules, calculated columns, security roles, and integration with the Power Platform.
- Demonstrated ability to build agents end to end in Microsoft Copilot Studio across the current agent types: conversational (declarative) agents, autonomous event-triggered agents, voice agents, and multi-agent orchestrations using orchestrator, connected, and child agents.
- Practical knowledge of generative orchestration, agent instructions and triggers, knowledge grounding (SharePoint, Dataverse, websites, and Microsoft Fabric data agents), and equipping agents with tools through connectors, and agent flows.
- Familiarity with responsible AI and content moderation, prompt-injection and data-loss safeguards, agent authentication and multi-channel publishing (including Microsoft Teams), and agent lifecycle management, evaluation, observability, and cost governance.
- Proficiency in Power BI for building reports and dashboards, and working knowledge of AI Builder to incorporate AI capabilities (document processing, prediction models, image recognition) into Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with ALM for Power Platform using Azure DevOps or GitHub is highly desirable.
