About the role
As a Power Platform & Copilot Engineer you will be part of the Global Technology department supporting enterprise AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support and train users on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
- Build and manage custom Copilot Agents to enhance enterprise productivity.
- Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems to streamline workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for AI adoption, governance, and best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and produce insights to optimize usage.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.
- Experience developing REST APIs and custom connectors within Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering and designing effective prompts for AI agents.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret usage data and generate actionable insights.
