About the role
As a Dynamics 365 consultant, you will guide clients through large-scale CRM and ERP transformations, ensuring seamless integration and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365, aligning with client objectives and ensuring seamless CRM and ERP integration.
- Conduct in-depth organizational assessments to pinpoint process optimization and automation opportunities through Dynamics 365.
- Advise on optimal team structures needed to robustly support the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support across Dynamics 365 modules, from pilot projects to major rollouts.
- Lead the deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including the setup of multiple work centers and external customer self-service features.
- Oversee pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules, customizing them to meet client-specific requirements.
- Foster strong collaboration across client departments to guarantee an integrated and unified Dynamics 365 implementation approach.
- Design and deliver effective training sessions to users at all levels, promoting high platform adoption and competency, and offer ongoing support to maximize Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Continually assess system performance and lead improvement initiatives to boost functionality, user experience, and business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Experience utilizing CCaaS or Omnichannel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on development experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
- Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a robust portfolio of CRM and ERP projects.
- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration strategies.
- Strong project management proficiency, capable of guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at translating technical details for a non-technical audience.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of how MS Dynamics integrates with other enterprise components, such as Salesforce.

Pay
Base pay range: $90,000 – $190,000.
Schedule
Flexible work environment; employees must be available to work onsite at client locations or CapTech offices as requested. Remote work allowed when compatible with client and CapTech needs.
