Overview

An experienced Senior Power Platform Architect is sought to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions. This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for architecting scalable and innovative solutions utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Power Platform solutions.
  • Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Applications) to support business needs.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Create interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports with Power BI.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
  • Utilize Copilot Studio and AI Builder to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into business solutions.
  • Design scalable and secure Dataverse architectures and data models.
  • Implement and support API integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise automation solutions.
  • Conduct technical reviews, solution assessments, and architectural oversight.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify business challenges and solution opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
  • Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements to the platform roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance, and data privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, SQL, JSON, and OAuth.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PL-600 (Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect) certification.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and advanced Dataverse architecture.
  • Expertise in API integrations and custom connector development.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and compliance.
  • Experience implementing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL practices.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Familiarity with records management and data retention requirements.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and drive technical strategy.
