Qualifications

• 10 years commercial aircraft maintenance experience including electrical and avionics with installations on jet powered transport aircraft
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/management capacity
• Experience with aircraft maintenance planning, aircraft modification project planning, and airline/aircraft operations
• College degree preferred not required
• A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
• Proven communication and customer service skills to interact with airline customer representatives and management
• Manage vendor relationships
• Computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office
• Must pass a 10-year background check, pre-employment drug test, and criminal history records check (CHRC)
