Power Generation Technician (Field Service / Diesel + Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on generators, light towers, and electrical distribution systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems (12/24V DC, 480V AC), and controls
• Respond to field service calls and support customer sites when needed
• Help guide and support junior technicians in daily work activities
• Complete preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Cook up with operations and logistics to keep equipment ready for deployment
• Aid with Field Tech work as required

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working on generators, diesel engines, or heavy equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with power generation equipment (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and in field conditions
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
