Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally and provide innovative/best in class power solutions.
- Travel to and from customer locations.
- Perform site surveys based on customer project requirements.
- Interact with customers to achieve optimum equipment layouts.
- Document site survey results using company processes.
- Build bill of materials required to implement customer projects.
- Update Central Office plan drawings and records as required.
- Provide customers with engineering specifications, materials lists and detailed drawings.
- Aid and support installation as required during the implementation phase.
- Provide equipment technical and customer requirement support as required to support installation teams.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of various telecom power systems.
- Extensive knowledge of power requirements for Verizon, Verizon Wireless, Sprint/Nextel, AT&T, and various other telecommunications companies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook email.
- Auto CAD experience a plus.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Handle confidential/ sensitive information.
- Good judgment.
- Organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Clean driving record.
Education and/or Experience
- Associates degree and/or minimum of two years of industry related experience.
- Two to three years engineering related experience a plus.

Pay Range
- Pay Range in the United States: $60K - $90K based upon geography, skills, and experience.
- May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance.
- Pay Range in the United States: $29 - $43 based upon geography, skills, and experience.
- May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance.
