Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company and industry standards and procedures.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains all required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it’s constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner consistent with the standard of care and quality set forth in the contract documents.
• Develops, maintains and manages project schedules effectively with all parties to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met.
• Has a complete understanding of construction documents and specifications for assigned project(s) including all subcontractors’ scope of work.
