We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Description Summary" and "Job Description". We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse content: - About the role: The summary paragraph: "We are seeking a motivated Power Electronics Engineer to join our team developing advanced medium-voltage variable speed drive (VSD) systems for industrial applications worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers while building expertise in power electronics, motor control, real-time simulation, and industrial drive systems. You will contribute to the development, testing, and commissioning of cutting-edge technologies used in marine propulsion, LNG liquefaction facilities, offshore platforms, compressors, rolling mills, and other critical industrial applications. Whether you are a recent graduate with relevant internship or project experience or an engineer with a few years of industry experience, this position provides a strong technical growth path in a highly specialized and impactful field." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet list: Support the design and sizing..., Assist in the development..., Develop and maintain simulation models..., Participate in HIL testing..., Support software integration..., Collaborate with senior engineers..., Analyze test results..., Participate in system integration..., Provide technical support during commissioning..., Travel occasionally... These are duties. - Requirements: The "Required Qualifications" list: Bachelor's or Master's degree..., 0 to 5 years..., Strong understanding..., Fundamental knowledge..., Familiarity..., Experience with engineering simulation tools..., Strong analytical..., Ability to work..., Willingness to travel... - Preferred Characteristics: Could be considered "Qualifications" or "Skills". The prompt says use headings: Qualifications, Skills. We have both required qualifications and preferred characteristics. Could map required qualifications to "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Preferred characteristics could be "Skills". Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for required qualifications. Use "Skills" for preferred characteristics (exposure to VSD, familiarity with FOC, etc). Also maybe "Qualifications" could be education? But we have both. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. We could put education/experience under Requirements, and maybe "Qualifications" could be something else like certifications? Not present. Could skip Qualifications if no specific content. Better to include only sections with real content. So we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. Pay: The posting includes pay range: "For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80 000,00 and $120 000,00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus." That's specific pay info, so include Pay section. Benefits: The posting includes benefits list: medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage; access to Health Coach; Employee Assistance Program; Retirement benefits (GE Vernova Retirement Savings Plan 401(k) with matching, etc); tuition assistance, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, disability benefits, life insurance, 12 paid holidays, permissive time off. Also note about benefit plans can be changed. That's substantive. So include Benefits. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like exact pay numbers, geographic differential percentages, bonus eligibility, etc. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    Pay

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.

We need to ensure numbers formatting: original had "$80 000,00" (European style). We should preserve as given? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep exactly as written: "$80 000,00 and $120 000,00". However typical US format uses commas. But we must preserve. Let's keep exactly: "$80 000,00 and $120 000,00". Also note the geographic differential: "110%, 120% or 130%". Keep. Thus Pay section:

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80 000,00 and $120 000,00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.

Check for any other substantive content: The posting also mentions "This posting is expected to remain open for at least seven days after it was posted on septembre 09, 2026." That's a date; could be considered metadata but not a section heading. Could be included in a short paragraph maybe under About the role? But it's not about role. Could be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." This is minor metadata (posting open duration). We could include a short

at the end maybe after Pay? But better to drop it as it's not crucial. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; is this substantive? It's about timing of posting; maybe not crucial for job description. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can drop it. Also "Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes" is a minor metadata; could be folded into a short

maybe under Benefits? But it's not a benefit exactly. Could be included in Benefits as a bullet? It's a specific benefit: relocation assistance. The posting says "Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes". That is a benefit. So we should include that under Benefits as a bullet: "Relocation assistance provided." Let's add. Also "GE Vernova offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation." That's somewhat fluff; could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's generic; maybe we can include in About the role as part of prose? It's not specific detail but it
