Power BI Developer

About the Role

We're seeking a Power BI Developer to transform complex data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. This role will own the full Power BI development lifecycle and partner closely with business and technical teams to deliver impactful reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Create data visualizations and KPIs that help identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize data definitions, metrics, and reporting requirements across departments.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Provide expertise in business intelligence, data warehousing, analytics, and reporting best practices.
• Collaborate with data warehouse and engineering teams to identify data dependencies and requirements.
• Drive process improvements that enhance reporting capabilities and the end-user experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence or Power BI development experience.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
