Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in computer science / similar technical subject area and or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong portfolio of built reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Hands-on PowerBI Developer.
• Proficient in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M Language), Semantic model development and custom visuals.
• Conceptual understanding of embedding reports in portal environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI governance, security settings, and user access management.
• Experience with large-scale data visualization.
• Experience with Security Roles (RLS) implementation within PowerBI.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse, including integration, data modeling, and SQL querying.
• Extensive experience in Data engineering, Data Modeling and Data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, etc.) and the ability to design scalable data models.
• Hands on experience with SQL & Performance Tuning in relation with Snowflake queries.
• Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
• Understanding best practices and implementation of standards within Power BI reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot data or report issues.
• Experience with CI/CD for BI & Data Pipelines.
• Experience with Snowflake-specific features, such as Snowflake data sharing, Snowpipe, or Snowflake Streams.
• Hands on Java / Python skills.
