About the role

Responsible for applying powder coating to metal parts to provide a durable, protective finish.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect work for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure project success

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and understand technical documents
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor

• Basic computer skills
