About the role

Responsible for applying powder coat finishes to metal components in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect work for adherence to quality standards
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and follow written procedures
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
