Powder Coat Line Leader (1st shift)

About the role

The successful candidate will lead a powder coat line, ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the powder coat line, including scheduling and managing staff.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in powder coating.
• Proven leadership experience in supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.

Pay
