Powder Coat Finishing Operator - Swing Shift

About the role

As a Powder Coat Finishing Operator, you will play a critical role in product quality by operating and supporting powder coating and finishing processes for aluminum/fiberglass components.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials through cleaning, masking, hanging, coating, curing, and inspection
• Ensure finished products meet quality, appearance, and durability standards
• Support production goals including On-Time Delivery, Quality, Safety, Scrap Reduction, and Efficiency
• Follow standard work instructions and work orders accurately
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe powder coat and work area

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in powder coating, painting, manufacturing, or industrial finishing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills, including fractions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 12:20 AM

Pay

$22–$25/hr + $2/hr swing-shift differential
