Pot-Nets Landscape Maintenance Tech

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of Pot-Nets Community in a productive and safe manner
• Perform tasks such as planting, trimming, spraying, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, watering, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and fence repairs
• Keep job and stock inventory records and complete work detail reports daily
• Identify and be familiar with plants typically found in the communities
• Operate landscape maintenance equipment including loaders, Bobcats, tractors, edgers, and small outdoor power equipment
• Ensure all duties are performed safely and professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Other job duties as assigned
