  • Coordinate with external retouchers, managing image distribution, retouching briefs, feedback, revisions, and final approvals.
  • Manage and prioritize post-production timelines across multiple projects, ensuring all assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Oversee the in-house retoucher, managing workload, assignments, deadlines, and quality of output.
  • Review retouched imagery for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with Veronica Beard’s visual standards, ensuring a high level of quality across all deliverables.

  • Manage the organization, uploading, tagging, and maintenance of all final assets within Cloudinary, ensuring files are accurately labeled, easily searchable, and accessible to cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain clear tracking of image status, retouching progress, outstanding revisions, and final deliveries across e-commerce and campaign projects.
  • Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, Marketing, Production, and Merchandising teams to align on asset requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve post-production workflows, streamline communication, and increase efficiency across internal and external partners.
  • Ensure all final files meet technical specifications, naming conventions, and delivery requirements for their intended channels and uses.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in post-production, retouching, or creative production, ideally within fashion or luxury.
  • Strong understanding of fashion photography, image retouching, color correction, and final image quality.
  • Proven experience managing external retouchers, coordinating high-volume image workflows, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing or mentoring in-house retouchers and providing clear feedback.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems; experience with Cloudinary is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe programs, Figma and project management programs (Asana) and familiarity with professional photography and post-production workflows.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A strong appreciation for fashion imagery and a commitment to maintaining elevated brand standards.
