Postgraduate Intern

Job Duties

• Receives supervision in behavioral family therapy for children with ASD and other neurodevelopmental/medical disorders through collaboration with the Center for Children and Families and Morgan’s Wonderland Multi-Assistance Center.
• Collaborates regularly with other subspecialties and multidisciplinary clinics.
• Engages in ongoing research and provides teaching opportunities with pediatric residents and psychology practicum students.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of postsecondary applicable degree/training program.
• May require licensure or certification in related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Training and/or experience with parent interventions and children with behavioral and neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Spanish-speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. Supervision in Spanish available.
• Experience working with medically underserved families.
• Interested in remaining in San Antonio, TX as full-time faculty after fellowship.
• Completed an APA-accredited psychology internship.
