POSTE DE PSYCHOLOGUE CLINICIEN (H/F) HTP - HDJ Enfants et Adolescents

About the role

Position based at EPSM Val de Lys Artois (20 rue de Busnes, Saint Venant) within the inpatient unit (50%) and the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital (50%). Full-time permanent contract (CDI).

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of psychological difficulties and their impact on psychomotor, language, and behavioral domains in children and adolescents, in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct individual clinical interviews (short-term or long-term depending on the service).
  • Lead and/or co-lead therapeutic groups.
  • Support families.
  • Write psychological reports and clinical notes.
  • Assess suicidal risk and risk behaviors in adolescents.
  • Participate in psychological and psychopathological evaluations of patients.
  • Develop individualized care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attend clinical syntheses and institutional meetings.
  • Collaborate with schools, medico-social structures, and network professionals.
  • Welcome and supervise psychology interns.

Reporting relationships

  • Hierarchical: General Director, Deputy Director of EPSM Val de Lys Artois, HR Director, and delegated Head of Department/medical lead.
  • Functional: Senior Health Executive, external partners (MDS, justice system, National Education, somatic medicine, IME, MDPH, etc.).

Requirements

  • Required degree: DESS or Master’s degree (M2) in Psychopathology and Clinical Psychology.

Skills

  • Psychological assessment of children: psychometric testing (WIPSI-R, WISC V, Brunet-Lézine) and psychodynamic evaluation using personality scales/inventories (depression, anxiety, stress) and projective tests (Rorschach, Patte Noire, CAT).
  • Individual and family interviews.
  • Individual psychotherapy.
  • Therapeutic groups (Snoezelen, psychodrama, support groups).
  • Multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Experience in varied settings: outpatient, CATTP, Day Hospital, full hospitalization.
  • Partnership with external structures (MDS, justice system, PMI, CAMPS, SESSAD, National Education, somatic medicine, IME, MDPH).
