Postdoctoral Scientist (Aging/Sleep)
Job Description
The incumbent will analyze data, write manuscripts for publication, and design new studies and grant applications. They will investigate pathways to establish an independent research program, including development and submission of a career development award. They may also oversee operational aspects of projects such as drafting materials for submission to the Institutional Research Board (IRB) and assisting other investigators with grant applications. As part of the ongoing training, they may enroll in didactic classes on topics that align with research interests. The incumbent is expected to submit abstracts to and present at national meetings.

- For laboratory fellows, advanced knowledge of laboratory methods
- For non-laboratory fellows, advanced knowledge of epidemiology, clinical research methods, and biostatistics
