JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Electrical Engineering at Penn State University is seeking to fill a Postdoctoral Scholar position in RF & mmWave integrated circuits (ICs) and systems to start in the Spring of 2025. The postdoc will work on topics related to sub-THz circuits, beamformer design, heterogenous integration, and antenna-in-package under the supervision of Prof. Wooram Lee. The postdoctoral scholar is expected to work in a highly collaborative environment where packaging, thermal, and electromagnetics engineers will collaborate to develop the next generation of microelectronics.

Requirements
- Applicants must have a PhD in electrical engineering by the start date with a strong focus in analog and RF integrated circuits.
- The candidates must have expertise in mmWave circuit design using advanced CMOS or SiGe process, electromagnetic simulations using HFSS and EMX, antenna design, and beamformers.
