We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Please include a cover letter to complete your application." etc. Also remove "Job Application Submission Window", "Badging Requirement", "Drug Free Workplace", "Submission Guidelines", "Equal Opportunity Employer", "Reasonable Accommodations", E-Verify etc. Also remove "Note: We encourage anyone..." maybe keep? It's somewhat boilerplate but maybe considered encouragement; but it's not specific content? Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. Might keep? Safer to remove generic encouragement. Keep substantive: location, position type, hours per week, description of NLR, job description details, basic qualifications, additional required qualifications, preferred qualifications, salary range, benefits summary. Also maybe "Initial appointment is for 1 year with extension up to 3 years total preferred". That's substantive. We need to map content to sections. Section headings: About the role (maybe overview of NLR and role). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (maybe basic qualifications). Qualifications (maybe additional required). Skills (maybe preferred qualifications). Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual salary range, so Pay section ok. Benefits we have summary. Schedule: we have Hours Per Week 40, maybe also mention full-time. So we can include Schedule section with that. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Postdoctoral Researcher - Quantum Dot Carrier Dynamics". Good. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like location: CO - Golden. Position Type: Postdoc (Fixed Term). Hours Per Week: 40. Working at NLR description. Job description details: research exploring photodynamics of QDs, etc. Must include all that. We need to be careful not to include boilerplate like "Please include a cover letter to complete your application." Remove that. Also remove "Job Application Submission Window", etc. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: - Location: CO - Golden - Position Type: Postdoc (Fixed Term) - Hours Per Week: 40 - Working at NLR: description paragraph about NLR location, mission, etc. - Job Description: The Materials, Chemical, and Computational Sciences Directorate has an opening for a postdoctoral researcher to support research exploring the photodynamics of quantum dots (QDs) supported by DOE Office of Science Basic Energy Science. This project will focus on understanding the fundamentals of photogenerated charge/spin separation and transfer using synthetic chemistry to change the QD composition and morphology. The position additionally will involve spectroscopic characterization of QDs to identify the impact of these structural changes on primary photochemical events as well as the surface chemistry to modulate the interfacial spin/charge/energy transfer properties. To understand the impact of these manipulations on photochemical pathways, the candidate will be engaged in team science that leverages steady-state (UV-vis, IR, Raman, PL, EPR) and time-resolved (IR, EPR, transient absorption, microwave, terahertz) spectroscopies. The successful candidate should therefore have experience in one or more of these characterization techniques and have a passion for devising experiments to deeply understand systems, not optimize them for performance. The successful applicant will be invested in working in a cross-disciplinary team of physical chemists, inorganic chemists, material scientists, and theorists to probe and understand surfaces, interfaces, and durability of newly developed chemistries and architectures. They should have proven expertise in data analysis, experimental design, presentations, and writing of manuscripts. The initial appointment is for 1 year with extension of up to 3 years total preferred, provided mutual satisfaction and availability of funds. - Basic Qualifications: Must be a recent PhD graduate within the last three years. Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date. - Additional Required Qualifications: PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. Established track record in scientific writing, presentation, publication, and communication. - Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should have direct experience in one or more of the following areas: Synthesis of QDs or related nanostructured semiconductors; Spectroscopic or other characterization of QDs or related nanostructured semiconductors; Strategies for modulating interfacial chemistry of bulk or nanoscale systems; Additional experience in semiconductor photoelectrochemistry, spectro-electrochemistry, and other interfacial modification and characterization techniques. - Annual Salary Range: $76,600 - $126,400 (based on full-time 40 hours per week). Also note about salary determination etc. We can include that as Pay section. - Benefits Summary: Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; short-term disability insurance*; pension benefits*; 403(b) Employee Savings Plan with employer match*; life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance; personal time off (PTO) and sick leave; and paid holidays. NLR employees may be eligible for, but are not guaranteed, performance-, merit-, and achievement- based awards that include a monetary component. Some positions may be eligible for relocation expense reimbursement. Based on eligibility rules. We could keep the asterisk notes but they are part of benefits. Keep them. - Schedule: Hours Per Week 40 (full-time). Could also mention fixed term. Now we need to decide sections. About the role: Could combine location, position type, hours, and NLR description. Or we could have About the role as a brief summary of the role and NLR. Let's put location, position type, hours, and NLR description in About the role. Responsibilities: The job description details about what the researcher will do. That's responsibilities. Requirements: Basic Qualifications. Qualifications: Additional Required Qualifications. Skills: Preferred Qualifications. Benefits: Benefits Summary. Pay: Annual Salary Range. Schedule: Hours Per Week 40. We must not create sections with placeholder text. All have content. Now we need to output HTML. We'll wrap each section in

heading then content. For lists: we need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we have a paragraph with many sentences; maybe we can break into bullet list of duties? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we have prose, we can keep as

. But if we have a list, we should use

. The responsibilities paragraph is not a list but a description; we can keep as

. However we could split into bullet points for clarity but must preserve all info; we can convert sentences into list items but that would be rephrasing? It's still preserving detail but changing format. The instruction says use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid using

for prose. So we can keep responsibilities as

. For requirements (basic qualifications) we have two items; could be list. For qualifications (additional required) we have two items; could be list. For skills (preferred) we have four items; list. For benefits we have many items; list. Thus we will use

            • for those. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "*". Keep them as part of text. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

              About the role

Location: CO - Golden. Position Type: Postdoc (Fixed Term). Hours Per Week: 40.
