Postdoctoral Researcher - Gen AI in Construction Planning & Design

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement GenAI frameworks tailored for construction planning, architectural design, and pre-construction workflows.
• Ensure research outputs directly translate to improving the speed and quality of military and defense pre-construction phases.
• Participate in weekly in-person meetings on campus to brief progress, collaborate with the program director, and align on project milestones.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI frameworks.
• Ph.D. in Construction Engineering or Construction Management (Primary).
• Candidates with a Ph.D. in Architecture and the requisite technical skills will also be strongly considered.
• Employment eligibility requires being a US citizen and passing a comprehensive federal background check.
