What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated responses to genomics and gene editing scenarios and score them using structured rubrics.
- Evaluate experimental design, CRISPR methodology, sequencing analysis, cell culture protocols, and biological pathway reasoning.
- Assess the quality of scientific reasoning.
What We're Looking For
- PhD or current Postdoc in Genomics, Molecular Biology, or related field
- Hands-on experience with gene editing (CRISPR or equivalent), mammalian cell culture, and validation techniques
- Strong background in sequencing analysis and core life-science pathways
- Self-directed, comfortable working independently
