What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated responses to genomics and gene editing scenarios
• Score them using structured rubrics
• Evaluate experimental design
• Evaluate CRISPR methodology
• Evaluate sequencing analysis
• Evaluate cell culture protocols
• Evaluate biological pathway reasoning
• Assess the quality of scientific reasoning

What We're Looking For

• PhD or current Postdoc in Genomics, Molecular Biology, or related field
• Hands-on experience with gene editing (CRISPR or equivalent), mammalian cell culture, and validation techniques
• Strong background in sequencing analysis and core life-science pathways
• Self-directed, comfortable working independently
