About the role
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in Computational Systems Biology is dedicated to advancing research in computational biology and systems approaches to understanding complex biological processes. This role will work closely with a team of scientists to develop innovative computational tools and models to support experimental design and data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement computational models to analyze large-scale biological datasets.
- Collaborate with experimentalists to validate computational predictions through experiments.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of software tools for data analysis.
- Present findings at scientific meetings and publish results in peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements
- A PhD in a relevant field such as bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Strong background in statistics and machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications

Skills
