About the role
The Computational Immunobiology group is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to contribute to our research projects focused on understanding immune responses in pediatric diseases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computational biology, immunology, and relevant programming skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and analysis of computational models of immune responses in pediatric diseases.
- Collaborate with experimentalists to integrate computational and experimental data.
- Present findings at scientific meetings and publish results in peer-reviewed journals.
Requirements
- A PhD in Computational Biology, Immunology, or a related field.
- Experience with bioinformatics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Strong background in immunology and/or pediatric disease research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
