- Establishing endometrial stromal cell and organoid cultures from patient‑derived surgical specimens
- Conducting mouse colony management
- Evaluating fertility in genetic mouse models
- Working on histological and gene expression analyses of mouse tissues to assess reproductive function
- Evaluating compounds for efficacy in vitro (biochemical and cell‑based assays) and in vivo
- Working on validation of targets using mouse genetics
- Performing generation of DNA vectors
- Using genetically engineered mouse models, primary human tissues, 3‑dimensional organoids, and high‑resolution microscopy to uncover the biological mechanisms that underpin endometrial regeneration
- Applying and analyzing data from next‑generation sequencing technologies for the study of transcriptomics in bulk‑ and single cells
